Let Us Eat Cake

Dec 24, 2020

In this week's episode Hannah and Ali talk all things intuitive eating… again! There were so many incredible questions on the topic of intuitive eating that Hannah and Ali had to record two episodes. This week they invited their friend, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Registered Dietitian Claire Chewning to help them out! Is intuitive eating just another fad diet? Isn’t it important to only eat certain foods in moderation? Isn’t it unhealthy to have limitless amounts of certain foods, especially ones with preservatives or super-processing? If I were to start intuitive eating tomorrow what should my first steps be? Understanding and practicing all the intuitive eating principles is necessary to find food freedom, experience joy and pleasure with eating, and to ultimately break up with the limiting beliefs of diet culture. It can feel scary to free yourself from these rigid rules, but we promise it’s worth it. Join Hannah, Ali and Claire as they help you take that first step!
